S2.E18 Kelvin's solo again and looking ahead
Show Notes

With Nick away on leave in Southland (last time it was Northland; he loves the extremes of the country!), Kelvin takes up the reins and in lieu of much data being released over the past week, he looks ahead to upcoming releases.

After running through filled jobs and both business and consumer confidence, the discussion is about the mortgage lending figures for March – they’re likely to be strong, but more interest will be around the breakdown by LVR and by interest-only vs principal repayment.

Kelvin then loosely ‘myth busts’ about whether selling in Autumn/Winter is better or worse for vendors than Spring/Summer, and whether rising prices truly are ‘good’ for owner-occupiers.
